Go to http://www.templatesforfree.net.tf and there go to the HTML section and you’ll find templates for art websites.
P.S they can be edited with notepad too.
P.S These templates cost money in websites like Template monster but heare it’s made free.

Check out http://www.freetemplatesonline.com/templ… - Free Art and Photography Templates from http://www.freetemplatesonline.com. There are seven in the collection and a couple of them will ideally suite Artist - Painter - Drawer needs.
Another resource for free templates is http://www.freetemplatesproviders.com/ free templates providers. They do not offer templates but they have a lot of links to the websites where you can find lots of free web templates.
