will be hiring a web developer to create a system on my website that will allow members to do a certian a thing but do not want them to steal my idea. its a type of game thats not owned by anyone. like “hide and go seek” or “tag your it”. i’ll use paypal as an example.lets say 10 years ago or however many years ago paypal first started that i was the one who came up with the whole concept of it. i knew what i wanted it to do,i knew how it would work but i didnt know how to make it. see, the concept of transfering money from one person to another has been around ever since money was invented but it had never been done on the net untill paypal was made (im sure paypal wasnt the first of its kind but for the sake of the question lets pretend it was) hopfully you might understand a little better. im not trying to keep anyone from doing it in person but just from doing it online. therefore i dont know if i would need to copyright my concept, the application or system that makes it all work.
