I’ve looked at a lot of remote control applications and many that are web-based that do not require the installation of a server/client charge a monthly fee. I’ve seen various scenarios that people have put together using ReverseVNC, etc. But I’m looking for something very simple - where the client logs into a website or goes to a particular web page from their network - and then I on the outside login to a similar or same website/webpage and gain remote control of their computer… I am not interested in paying monthly fees. I simply want to buy the ActiveX or whatever module/programming is required and move on… I am looking for something that is strictly web-based so please do not offer solutions that involve the installation of client or host software. It’s very surprising to me that no one appears to be giving WebEx a run for their money. Their product model is so simple and yet so many software developers appear to overlook the huge benefits of a web-based solution.

How Can I Advance In Web Design? (beyond Basic Html And Static Pages) What Skills And What Software Do I Need?
I have created a couple of WEB sites using Microsoft Office Publisher (!). I think it is OK for static WEB pages. But now, I want to advance. I ‘d like to handle databases, to create e-commerce sites, stuff like this. I understand Front Page is no good. I know basic HTML,CSS and MySQL. So what should I do? What is the best way to go from here? I do not want to become a prof WEB developer or en expert, just I need to craft some nice looking, advanced pages. Should I learn Dreamweaver? Is PERLor PHP a must? Whata about APACHE? ASP.net covers everything?
To rephrase my question: which are the best tools one needs to pass from elementary WEB design to a little more advanced WEB developing?

I Need A Manual Film Camera For My Basic Photography Class Which Kind Is The Best?
I am a freshman in college and my major is photography. I have a film camera but it isn’t completely manual. I can’t change the ISO, F stop, or aperture. All you can do with it is focus and zoom. It sucks…. anywho. I have never really used film before so I need suggestions of the best type of camera to buy. I am a college student so money is a bit of an object. What’s A Good Web Resource For People Who Work With Web-designers/developers & Want A Basic Understanding?
I work with website designers (dreamweaver, html, flash, etc.) and developers (java, C#, etc.), and want to be able to communicate better with them. Short of learning how to do what they do (not going to happen quickly) I don’t know where to go to learn what the components of design and development are.
My goal is to have a basic understanding of the programs/applications/processes they work with, what those can do, and what “buzzwords” will help me talk more on their level.
An example might be, understanding key components, like operating systems, and how designers work with making sites that function across systems. So the resource(s) would cover this and so much more.

What Basic Equipment Is Needed For For Wedding Photography?
I would consider myself a fairly serious amateur photographer and have mainly shot landscapes. My friend saw some photos that I had taken and asked if I could take her wedding pictures. I told her that I was in no way a professional and that I could not guarantee the “perfect” wedding portraits. She said that she knew that and wanted me to take them anyway. Now I am wondering what type of lighting and lenses would best suit wedding photography. I can probably think of some things but I just thought I would ask so that I don’t miss anything that would make my pictures better than they would be otherwise. Thank you for your help.

I’m not a photographer but I’m always interested in photography, mostly in studio photos. I used to take photos of my doll collection with my samsung cellfone cam, and I managed to make it look like a professional photo by retouching it on Photoshop. Last week, I just purchased my new digital cam, and I just notice that all of my shots looked so raw. I can’t even retouch it on photoshop. Maybe because of the flash which seems so bright. Or maybe the lighting. I even made an improvised umbrella with a light on it but it didn’t work. Can u give tips about this?

What Is The Very Basic Programming Language(s) To Know To Be A Web Developer?
The most fundamental language you must know is html
It’s the basic code you need. You can create a good-looking webpage only by using html.
While html shows you how to ‘create’ something for your page, CSS(Cascading Style Sheet) tells the computer how to ’show’ your page in a fancy, professional looking page.
The other language that is frequently used bay web developer is javascript. It displays text boxes, buttons, tells computer how to response distinct command, stc.
If you have already known html, you can practice more by using notepad or another plain text editor, so you’ll get used to be a professional web developer. But if you feel you don’t know that much, you can use Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage to do so.
