I’m going to be taking Photography I and II my senior year to round off my art courses. Our school’s program has a dark room as well as photo editing computer programs for Photography. Since I would like a camera that will last me at very least through college I’m willing to dig into my pockets to pay for one. What Would Be The Best Digital Camera For A High School Photography Class?
I asked the photography teacher and she said get a digital camera that has as many manual parts as possible (i think she means a camera that can be put into manual mode?). I was thinking an entry level DSLR such as the Canon Rebel XSI or Sony Alpha A200W, but possibly a high-end point and shoot. I really need some help!

Yes, I like to know more about taking pics , but need a community college class that I will be able to pass or shall I say easy and not that hard. I know a few things, but not a lot. Where Can I Take Intermediate Photography Class In The San Francisco Bay Area?

I am a graphic designer and took a basic photography class in school. After that I am going at it on my own but there is so much more to learn like lighting, pro gear, other formats, studio work, working with models, compositions and knowing the aesthetics of what is considered a great shot. Most colleges and universities only offer introductory classes or entire programs that require a formal application. I just want to find an open enrollment sort of deal short of actual apprenticeships. And although I should just go out there and just shoot, my work is offering to pay for my job-related classes… Photoshop and Flash classes are so boring.

I Need A Manual Film Camera For My Basic Photography Class Which Kind Is The Best?
I am a freshman in college and my major is photography. I have a film camera but it isn’t completely manual. I can’t change the ISO, F stop, or aperture. All you can do with it is focus and zoom. What Type Of Camera For Intro To Photography Class?
I’m taking an intro to photography class and need a 35mm camera, it has to be one where I can adjust the lense. This is my senior year and it’s just an elective I’m taking for fun to fill some misc credits so I’m not looking to spend much money. I have seen some older ones on ebay for like under $25, would that be a good camera? Also, I’m probably gonna go through ebay but was wondering if any local stores would have am inexpensive camera like this such as a wolf camera or something like that.
