The exact error I get is:

I’m a little confused as to why I’m getting this message. I’m working with Visual Web Developer 2008, so I’ll test to see how my website looks in an actual browser. At first, I thought I had an error in code, but then I realized that earlier projects that had worked before, no longer work. I have not changed my firewall settings recently, so I don’t know if that is the issue. If it is, how would I go about resolving that? I have a Windows Vista, and I use COMODO firewall.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does .net 1.1 Support Master Page?
i used visual web developer 2005 express edition build a web application. now i change my tools to visual studio.net 2003, but it seems like doesn’t support master page.
i check visual studio info, it shows tat it is using .net framework 1.1 but my system consists of .net framework 1.1, 2.0 & 3.0

It appears to be hosted on my companies’ domain. We do use Feedburner to create a feed that randomizes blog entries on our home page. I am wondering if there is something we can do to raise Page Rank and or visibility on the search engines. Thank you.

I was wondering if there was a tool that could be used to count pages of a website. I am a web developer and my prices are based upon page count. So when I make a quote to a company I usually spend a ton of time counting pages. Is there a tool that can do this for me.

Does Having Links On Your Page (with Permission) Help With Seo And Rankings In A Search Engine?
The convention is that you do need permission to link to another website.

Question About Developing A Web Page?
I was given the the responsibility to make a web page for our organization because I have some intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Not much, but more than others in our group.
Obviously that doesn’t make one qualified to be knowlegable in html code.
I guess they have more confidence in me than I do.
I have made simple web pages before, but with cheat sheets and it took me forever.
Is there is a software program that; first is free and second, somewhat user friendly for novice page developers as myself?

My site - anywebsite.com has noticed that www.agreatwebsite.com is linking to my site and the link is located at agreatwebsite.com/baseball .

Is Getting Ssl Encryption On A Web Page A Just 5 Minute Server Process Or Do I Also Need Code Change?
I have to add SSL where users on my website submit personal information.
I was told that just changing settings on the server means my forms and web pages will be automatically served up securely and there is NO code changes I need. Is this true? Or do I also need to have a developer change the html to ensure that the information in the form can be transmitted securely via https post?

My Client Doesn’t Want Me To Update There Page Regularly, What’s The Best Way To Allow Him To Upgrade It
He doesn’t have any type of HTML editor or program or what not. The only thing I could think of is he getting a program like Dreamweaver or something or he’ll just have to look for the referenced piece of code I provide in notepad unless anyone else has any suggestions? In Firefox, How Come I Have A Gigantic Cursor When I Click On The Web Page - This Just Recently Started - Why?
i have the web developers tools installed, and I do web development as a job. I almost feel stupid asking this, but seriously, I cannot figure out why I all of a sudden I get this cursor blinking on the page. It is really annoying. Is this some sort of preference somewhere?
