Effectively, what I want to do is set-up a web site offering villas / apartments etc. being sold by property developers. I want to put people who view the web site in touch with the developers so that a sale can take place, and take a small cut (Say £25 per lead and / or 1% of property value for a completed sale). Is there any system in existence that would help me do this, or would I have to approach developers directly?

How Can I Start Selling My Photography/art?
I don’t want to sign up to those silly websites and get, like, three cents for each image. I actually want to sell my art and photography for one to two dollars. My goal is to sell at least 300 pieces a week, because I’m trying to raise 6000 dollars.
