Where Is The Best Place To Outsource Web Programming And Development For Web Site Or Technology In The Usa?
I hear China, India, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and more have quality web developers, yet I do not know how to operate with these people easily. They all have super low prices. A website that would cost $100k to build in the USA, is going for $10k in China or India. Is it possible for USA people to build the same as a China or India company?
