Cosmetically, it looks great. I recently had the hand rest and monitor bezel replaced under the apple care warranty — both chipped for no good reason, as is common for the model. I’ve actually got about 6 months left on the warranty too.
Business-wise, I was a freelance web developer who recently took a full-time gig. I don’t have many deductions except for itemized expenses. I had a home office, so some of my rent & utilities are deductible.
Lets say I can get $800-900 cash for it. Am I likely to see that much in savings as a write-off? Thank you!

I’m Trying Hard To Track Down The Name Of A Painter Who Featured In A Documentary I Saw About 10 Years Ago.
He was quite old and English but had lived in Canada for some time. His paintings were Canadian landscapes and very simplistic in their use of colour. If I remember rightly a lot of his landscapes were of the snowy North.

Starting A Web Developer At 55 Years Old Possible?
I was working as a data entry guy for 6 years. I am thinking starting a web development career . I was thiking starting with asp.net or php. I only have some XP knowledge and some light html basics. I have no idea from where I should start? A few friends closer to my age who got laid off are using the VS 2005 studio 2005. Wonder what is the best bet for me? I have no programming experience. Is It Possible To Return To Being A Web Developer After Being A Sysadmin For 5 Years?
I want to go back to working for a large consulting firm as a web developer. Is it possible to return to doing that after being a systems/network admin for the past 5 years?
